This inscription concerns the request by Rakryan Hujung Pu Madhura to grant freehold status to the village of Jerujeru so as to redirect its yields to the holy sanctuary of the deity, Sang Hyang Shala, in Himad. It documents the approval by King Sindok (r. 929-947) of this change of status and the ceremony celebrating this. It also lists those who are no longer allowed to enter the area.
